Coach Tom will be starting this group run at 8am from this precise GPS location at the Shannon Beach parking lot in Medford for an out & back course south along the Mystic Valley Parkway and then northwest along the Minuteman Bike Path. He is doing the Q1 workout from the race series Training Schedule for this week, which is a mix of Easy and Marathon pace. His easy pace range is 8:05-8:54 /mile and his marathon pace is 7:08. The turnaround point of this course can be adjusted for people looking to do a longer or shorter run. He checked with a group of 16 runners who have attended this group run this year, but doesn’t know if anyone else is coming but him.
