Join the Coach at 5:45pm at the southwest corner of the Woburn High School track. This week we are offering workout options from the Training Schedule, depending on whether you’re training for the Shamrock Club series races or a fall marathon, as well as the option to participate in the Time Trials to find your precise training paces and suggested training partners.
Agenda:
- Warmup at 5:45pm
- Warmup jog with each other either around the high school or around the cemetery.
- Strides on the track
- Depending on which option you’re going with from the Training Schedule.
- Workout
- Typically done on the track. Stick to your own personal training paces. May be done on the local streets or in the local cemetery, such as for T pace workouts or when the track is unavailable due to a sporting event.
- Cooldown
- Cooldown jog with each other either around the high school or around the cemetery.
