Sunday morning group runs are run year round from the Woburn Public Library parking lot starting at 8:00 am. The meeting time may vary seasonally. The distance and pace varies based on your ability. Course options are offered by the Group Run Leader.
Sometimes after the run, some members go out for coffee and food.
