Spring Marathon focused runners:
2 miles easy
3 x 1 mile at T pace with 1 minute jogs
3 minute jog
4 x 200 fast (R pace) with 90-second jogs
2 miles easy
GRAND PRIX-FOCUSED RUNNERS
2 miles easy warmup
Speed: 12-14 x 45 seconds (or 200 meters) fast with 90 second recoveries
2 miles easy warmdown
