The next Time Trial is scheduled for May 27 at the Tuesday evening workout. The time trial is a great opportunity to get a read on your early season fitness that will help you set goals for the year and dial in your optimal training paces. Depending on the number of Shammies signing up, we’ll organize the time trial into heats so that you’ll be running with others shooting for a similar goal.
For those who would like get the most out of their 1-mile time trial effort, the coaches will be available to talk you through your optimal training paces based on your time. So join us for a beer and a chat — either at the Irish American Club or Lord Hobo (location and exact time to be determined) following the time trial.
