Tonight’s Workout at the Woburn Showcase Cinema Deluxe Parking Lot (we meet in the west lot at 5:45pm)

Marathoners:

2 miles easy warmup

25 minutes at a hard-like, steady pace (T pace if you’re deep in your training — or go by feel since it’s going to be cold tonight)

2 mile warmdown

GRAND PRIX GROUP

2 mile easy warmup

10 x 40 seconds at roughly R pace (fast pace — keep in mind it will be cold so worry less about the smart watch and go on effort) with 90 second recovery jogs.

Jog 2 minutes

4 x 200 with jog/walk recoveries

2 miles easy.
