We run on the well lit and plowed roads of Burlington High School starting the week after Thanksgiving and ending mid-April after Boston. We start our warm-ups at 6:15 promptly from the Student parking lot.
These workouts are geared toward the runner training for a half or full spring marathon. Many, not all, are training for Boston but some train for other events including triathlons.
These workouts are broken into phases. The first phase is focused on improving your running economy. The second and third phase are focused on improving your lactate threshold. The fourth phase is focused on preparing you for an April marathon.
One or more coaches will be there to teach you proper form and technique before, during and after the workouts. All workouts are based on your ability.
